Dividend Policy
Oak Capital has been forgoing dividend payments; however, henceforth, Oak Capital will strive for resumption of profit distributions by putting its efforts into restoring profitability and growth early on.
The Articles of Association of Oak Capital provide that "interim dividend payments may be declared annually using September 30 as a date of record by resolution of the Board of Directors," however, in view of the special nature of Oak Capital's business operations causing its profit levels to fluctuate rather widely, it was decided to pay out dividends in principle once at the end of each fiscal year. The decision-making body for distributions out of surplus funds is the General Meeting of Shareholders. |
