Basic Policy on Distribution of Earnings

Basic Policy on Distribution of Earnings

The Company’s basic policy on distribution of earnings is to position appropriate distribution to stakeholders as its top priority.
In distributing dividends, the Company strives to secure continuous earning capability, taking into consideration the Company’s business results and financial condition as well as the preparation of internal reserves for future operations. The Articles of Incorporation of the Company state, “An interim dividend may be distributed by resolution of the Board of Directors, with a record date of September 30.” The Company will continue to distribute such a dividend in accordance with business results. The body that makes the final decision on distribution of surplus is the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Status of Dividends

In view of the policy outlined above and business results in the year under review, the Company has decided to distribute a year-end dividend of ¥5 per share.
For the dividend in the next fiscal year, based on the basic policy on distribution of earnings, the Company will aim for a payout ratio of 30%.

  • This special invitational pass is available to shareholders only and can be used at the new shop opening September 2019 or on the new shop’s e-commerce website.
